Pediatric physical therapist according to three environmental work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD) risk factors research

Abstract

Objective: Aimed at Pediatric physical therapist was conducted in order to know the risk factors for work-related musculoskeletal disorder(WMSD).
Method: In three of the environment by selecting a treatment capable pediatric, it was determined the shooting consent of parents and therapists. In the present study, we did a video shoot for 30 minutes to treat pediatric. Posture of the selected therapist in response to the three environments, were analyzed in detail the risk factors of WMSD through the RULA and REBA.
Results: The average of RULA score of subjects, MAT = 6.33, Bench = 5.67, was a Standing = 5.00. The average of REBA score is, MAT = 6.33, Bench = 6.00, was a Standing = 4.67.
Conclusion: Pediatric physical therapists are required rapid improvement work and the analysis of risk factors. When treated in Mat is the more risk factors than other environment.
